Flying Corps,

Perhaps you

could accertam Mether It Law with be able to do that

Our scheme for providing an Imperial Aircraft Flotilla has met with remarkable success. In addition to the Aeroplanes received from Hong Kong, two other units have already been presented, and we have sufficient funds in hand to pay for

a fifth one. This we should like presented to the Royal Flying Corps at the same occasion,

As some 25,000 residents in H.M.Dominions over-seas have already contributed to the Fund, we feel certain that if Mr Secretary Bonar Law could perform the ceremony it would be much appreciated. We are enclosing copies of the letters we have received from:

(1) HI.. The King

and

(2) Lord Kitchener.

I have the honour to be, Sir,

Hour obedient Servant,

Ewrench

Hon. Secretary & Organiser.

The Under Secretary of State

Colonial Office

London, S.W.
